Q: How can I tell what weight the cardstock is? A: We have recently started to add the weight and the vendor under each cardstock color on our website so that you can easily see all the information related to that piece of cardstock. This project does take time and we are adding information daily. If there is a color that you don't see the information you need on our website please feel free to email us at info@cardstockheadquarters.com. Q: How soon will I get my order shipped out to me? A: All orders are shipped out within 2 business days unless we do not have the item or items you desire in stock. If we do not have your full order in stock you will get an email to let you know how long it will take to get your order. Please make sure you check your email for updates from us. Q: If I need my order faster then your turn around time what will be the extra charges? A: If we have the product in stock that you want then we can ship it out to you within 2 business days. If we do not have the product in stock that you are ordering we will email you and ETA. |
