• All packages are shipped by US Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground, whichever is least expensive. If you prefer other shipping options such as: Next Day,  Two Day, 1st Class, or Parcel Post, you must indicate this in the "Comments" box of the check-out.  Shipping Charges for expedited service will not appear on your shopping cart statement.  These charges will be added and you will be notified by email.  Please be aware that Next Day shipping is not always possible depending on the time your order is received and processed.
• Large Quantity orders may require additional processing time or special orders. It is best to plan ahead.
• You can expect shipments to arrive anywhere from 2-10 days after they have left our dock, depending on your location and method of shipment. Sometimes there are shipping delays that are out of our control. Let us know if you have not received your package after 15 days.
• FREE Shipping for orders over $100 applies to orders shipped within the contiguous US and are shipped using USPS Priority or Fed Ex Ground.services.  Requests for expedited service will require an additional shipping charge. Due the additional shipping charges for Hawaii and Alaska, we can only apply a $10 shipping credit for orders over $100.00.
• BE AWARE...CARDSTOCK IS HEAVY!!! Your shipping charges should appear at the time of check out.  If you have any questions, please contact us.
  Please be aware: Orders under $5.00 are charged a $3.00 processing fee in addition to actual shipping costs.  You will be contacted regarding the $5.00 minimum via email.

• International Orders: We have opened back up International ordering for new customers. In the interest of fraud security, large International Orders may require verification prior to shipment.  All International orders will be shipped by Air Mail unless Economy shipping is requested. We will not send packages by Express shipping options.

• Shipping Charges for International Orders:  Due to the additional charges required for shipping product to international countries, we are unable to extend our domestic shipping policy to international orders.  Instead International Orders will receive a $5 credit for orders over $50 and a $10 credit for orders over $100.  Shipping charges will not accurately appear at the time of check out and we will email you the total amount of your order including shipping charges prior to shipment.  Keep in mind, that large international orders may need to be verified with the card holder in the interest of fraud security.

• Please Note:  Oregon does not apply a Sales Tax.  Potential sales taxes due are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please check with your state and local government.

• Shipping to a PO Box Address: Please note that if you want us to ship to a PO Box you will be charged actual shipping. We can only use USPS to ship to a PO box which raises the cost of shipping our product to our customers. Thanks for your understanding.

• Drop Ship orders:  Drop ship orders can be made for large quantity orders that require a special delivery timeline.  Please note that not all our suppliers offer the drop ship feature and those that do apply a nominal fee for the service.  Orders will not be automatically considered for drop ship handling.  Our Customer Service department will work closely with you should the needs of your order qualify for the Drop Ship.  A handling fee of $7.00 will be added to cover the fees acquired by the suppliers for this service
   

Generally, we try to indicate in red beside a particular product if we are temporarily out of stock. However, multiple or large purchases of the same items all on the same day may deplete stock on hand before we have time to update the website. If you tend to like to work off-line, it is a good idea to refresh your browser periodically to know which items are temporarily out of stock before you place your order, and to keep current with the new product that is continually being added to this site.

If you order an item that it marked Temporarily Out of Stock we may contact you and let you know about our estimated restocking time.  You may then choose to omit the out of stock item or have your order held until the item returns to stock.  We will not hold orders for more than 5 business days.  We process orders "In-House," so your credit card will not be charged for missing items.
